Remodel
As far as things go, I’m about 1 week and a half returning back into the “grind”. Work, workout, sleep;plus the commute time. For Christmas I got an Ipod Video. That has been a blessing. I can’t take much to work with me, but I am allowed to bring Ipods. So on that long commute home, I’ve been catching up on Scrubs.
I’m still in season 5, and I hope to catch up soon enough. Also, in line to watch are Friday Night Lights and The Office. However, eventually, I’m going to have to stop watching TV and start studying for the EIT (Engineer in Training) Exam.
Most people take this during their senior year. I opted to take it later because I was busy fixing a damn senior project circuit during my senior year. Imma scurred because I looked at the study book, and that bad boy is filled with a gangster amount of formulas. Something I don’t use too much at work. It’ll definitely be nice to
refresh though. Also, I hope to eventually find time on weekends to really brush up on the Comp Sci Skills. Lots of learning to do, not enough time to do it! But you gotta start somewhere.
Last, but not least, I decided to add a Fitness Blog aka “Flog”. The idea behind this is Paul Wall bought me the LL Cool J Diet and Workout book.
In Case you didn’t notice, he’s ripped. I’m in week 2 of 22. It’s probably one of the better workout plans I’ve read. The Diet is the typical eat 6 small meals, protein, complex carbs. But the workout plan is what really is interesting. It starts out with a 4 week, weak workout that you basically are getting the body used to working out. Next 5 weeks are strength. Then the final 9 are essentially cutting. I think it’s gradual each week, but by the end, you’ll be doing insano shit. It makes sense. The workouts aren’t insano long, and most importantly, it’s 22 weeks. that’s 5 months folks. It doesn’t promise abs over night or even in 4 weeks. In fact, it doesn’t promise abs at all. What it does is give a plan that, at least to me, looks like it works. So I’m running with it. And you can join me in the 22 week journey by clicking the “fitness” link above. I’m putting my shit on wax aka what I eat, how I felt about the work out, all that jazz, so that you all, of my buddies and friends, can read it, and that hopefully keeps me accountable for what I do and eat. In the end, I hope to have a very vanilla version of THIS GUY,(LINK WARNING, it’s a month by month photo of him from fat to skinny) and . His website is www.johnstonefitness.com Hopefully I’ll have the guys same real life results. We’ll see in the end
.
